College Student Rush Tickets
- $25 (+$3.95 ticketing vendor fee) . Available for purchase only at the door beginning 1 hour prior to a performance’s start time. A valid college student ID is required.

Group Discounts
We offer a 20% discount off regular priced tickets for groups of 10 or more for all non-Preview performances. Contact the Box Office in advance at 510-845-8542 x351 to purchase group tickets. Discount cannot be applied at the door. Discount cannot be applied AFTER tickets have been purchased online.

2025/26 Season KidStage and TeenStage Ticket Prices
All Tickets – $25 pre-sale; $28 at the door.
General admission seating only. Ticket exchanges are $5 per ticket.
There is a $3.95 Ticketing Vendor Fee charged per ticket. This fee applies to online, over-the-phone, and walk-up purchases. Fees are non-refundable.
Berkeley Playhouse MainStage Season productions are reserved seating. For the best seating, please purchase your tickets early. Please note, our matinees often sell out as does the center aisle seating for most performances. KidStage and TeenStage productions are general admission seating.
Late patrons will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion. Patrons who arrive late will be asked to wait for an appropriate break in the performance’s action. Additionally, there is no reserved seating for late patrons. The House Manager will assign a seat that will allow for the least amount of disruption to the performance. Patrons can move to their reserved seat at intermission of the performance.
Out of respect for our patrons and performers, children 3 years of age and under will not be admitted.
Berkeley Playhouse is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and cannot provide refunds. If you are unable to attend a scheduled performance, consider exchanging your ticket.
To make any exchanges, please call the Box Office at (510) 845-8542 x351 Monday-Friday, 11:00am-4:00pm.
Exchanges for Single Tickets: You may only exchange for another performance of the same production. An Exchange Fee of $5 will be charged per ticket, in addition to any additional ticket cost.
Exchanges for Season Pass Holders: Free exchanges! Please call the Box Office before your performance. Exchanges for Saturday or Sunday performances must be made by 4pm the Friday before the show.
Exchanges for Youth Production Tickets: For our KidStage and TeenStage productions, there is a $5 exchange fee per ticket.
In the event you are unable to exchange your performance, and you provide us with at least one business day’s notice, we will credit your ticket towards a tax deductible donation. We cannot provide you with a tax deduction if you attempt to return your ticket the day of or after your performance date. Tax deductions are non-transferable.
Up to two complimentary tickets to any Berkeley Playhouse MainStage performance are available for local, full-time theater employees. Those interested should email their complimentary ticket request to boxoffice@berkeleyplayhouse.org by no later than 4:00pm the Friday before the performance and include their position title at their respective theater company. Some exclusions based on availability may apply.
Season Passes F.A.Q.
A Season Pass entitles the purchaser to one ticket per pass for each of the productions in the season. Unlike a subscription, you are not locked in to any specific performance date or seat; you may choose any available performance and seat to suit your schedule!
In addition to great savings off standard ticket prices , Season Pass Holders are also entitled to free exchanges and discounts on the purchase of additional MainStage tickets . Season Pass Holders also have an opportunity to reserve the best dates and seats before sales are open to the general public.
Season Passes can be redeemed at the passholder’s convenience via our website or by contacting the box office at 510-845-8542, x351.
Simply contact the box office directly, and a ticket agent can help you to secure seats for a different performance.
You can exchange your tickets until 24hrs prior to your scheduled performance. Exchange requests for weekend performances must be made by 4pm on the Friday preceding. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. It is not possible to exchange tickets on the day of your scheduled performance.
Season Passes do not carry over between productions—they entitle the passholder to one ticket per production.

It is the responsibility of the Season Pass Holder to redeem their passes in a timely fashion. Berkeley Playhouse cannot be responsible for unused passes—please redeem early!
Season Pass holders can purchase additional tickets for guests at a discounted rate ($37.00 (plus $3.95 vendor fee) per adult ticket and $31.00 (plus $3.95 vendor fee) per under 30 ticket).
