Ramona Meyer-Piagentini’s passion for the arts began as a student in Oakland public schools, where access to arts education helped shape her creativity, curiosity, and sense of possibility. That early experience ultimately led her to begin her career in the arts as a contemporary art curator, where she explored new ways to use technology to enhance visitor experiences and improve how museums worked behind the scenes.

Inspired by the potential of technology to transform how organizations connect with people, Ramona moved into digital consulting, helping enterprise organizations apply customer-centered approaches to reimagine their digital experiences and develop new business opportunities.

In 2009, Ramona joined Adobe, beginning a 17-year career spanning consulting, digital strategy, customer experience, sales strategy and operations, and customer success. She built and scaled a consulting practice focused on digital optimization and personalization, launched Adobe’s Business Consulting organization, and was a founding leader of the Digital Strategy Group, integrating strategy, data, technology, and customer insight into Adobe’s approach to serving enterprise customers. Over the course of her time at Adobe, she also built value and analytics capabilities, shaped go-to-market strategies, and led strategy and operations across Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Customer success management

In 2026, Ramona joined Intapp in a product marketing leadership role, where she focuses on bringing together customer and market intelligence, strategy, and product insight to strengthen product-market fit and help organizations better serve their customers.

Throughout a career that has taken her from museums to technology, Ramona has remained deeply connected to the arts and to the impact arts education can have on young people. Her own experience in Oakland public schools instilled a lasting belief that access to the arts gives young people opportunities to discover their creativity, build confidence, find their voices, and see possibilities for themselves they might not otherwise encounter. She is excited to bring that passion, along with her experience in strategy, organizational growth, technology, and customer engagement, to the Berkeley Playhouse Board and its work expanding access to transformative theater experiences for young people and the broader community.
